LAURA CLOUGH

Laura Clough is a pop/R&B singer-songwriter, pianist, and producer from Upstate New York. She grew up in a musical family and began playing piano at age five and writing songs at thirteen. She credits her biggest influences as pop, rock, and R&B artists such as Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder, Jazmine Sullivan, and Earth, Wind, & Fire. There were scarce opportunities for gigging in her small hometown so Clough mainly performed in talent shows and at local restaurants. She made demos of her own songs in her bedroom, where her love of writing and production came together.
